Annual HOA Meeting

On May 25th, the Armfield Farm HOA held its annual meeting at Franklin Middle School.  Virginia House of Delegates Representative Jennifer Boysko was the guest speaker and provided an overview of the General Assembly session in Richmond which brought to light a number of transportation, education, budget, and property management issues that affect our residents.  President Rob Shear provided an overview of the capital improvements made in the past year (seen here) and held a dialogue with attendees on topics of concern like use of the tennis courts.  In the election for Board members, Susan Hanson was re-elected for a three year term and Reghu Gopinathan was elected to succeed Ken Liu.  We wish Susan, Reghu, and Ken all the best.
